Confirming Fuchs will allow the STB to keep moving forward when it comes to resolving freight rail issues in a timely manner. We look forward to continuing to work with Commissioner Fuchs and his fellow board members on enacting reforms that will provide shippers with greater access to reliable and competitive freight rail service.
