WASHINGTON, DC (May 14, 2024) – American Chemistry Council (ACC) President and CEO Chris Jahn today issued a statement in response to the retirement of Surface Transportation Board (STB) Chairman Oberman and the designation of Board Member Robert Primus as his successor:“We thank Chairman Oberman for his dedicated leadership and congratulate incoming Chairman Primus on his appointment to this pivotal role on the STB.
