I see a lot of posts and memes on Facebook and other social media regarding manifestation. While I do very much believe that we have the power to manifest, I think we tend to overlook the obvious. As I have been meditating for the majority of my life, I have seen manifestation happen many times over and over again first hand. But there are a few things that I have noticed which are key to bringing thought into reality.
The Three Steps to Manifesting are:
1. Be clear on your vision. When we say we want to be rich, for example, what does that mean? Rich is subjective. We can ask 100 different people what rich is, and we would probably get 100 different answers. Rich monetarily? Rich in love or health? Be specific on what the vision is.
2. What is your timeline for manifesting? It is very rare that we say our prayer, invoke our spell or dream and we see it materialize immediately. It can and does happen, but this is not the norm. I refer back to being clear on the vision. Know when you want it, and be relentless in your efforts.
3. Manifestation only works if you do. Wishing and hoping are not manifesting. Manifestation is a ritual, prayer, thought and way of life. Sure it can happen overnight. But be prepared for a slow roll. Think in terms of a relationship. You have to put the work in to get the reward. You have to continue to work to keep it. Nothing good will stay if we don’t honour it. We may get around this principle for a while, but it will be short-lived. Manifestation is a dance. It is a way of life. And a bountiful life requires furious dancing. I am a true believer that anything is possible. A manifestation is a sacred act. And we must know that we too are sacred. And if we are to manifest, we need to understand that certain aspects of our lives will have to change as a sign of respect to this process. This also prepares the necessary room required for a new life.
